New Directory

A new directory is being compiled from the updates earlier this year.  If you have any updates, please email them to trustees@wyndsofliberty.com.

Covenants and Restrictions - 2007 Amendment

The amendment to the Covenants and Restrictions that was mailed as part of your annual invoice will change the process for modifying the covenants.  We decided to go with a single straightforward item this time.  It has been overwhelmingly supported by the responses received.  Unfortunately, we still don't have the required number of responses in order to pass the amendment.  We are organizing efforts to solicit votes from homeowners who have not responded or left their votes blank.  Please let us know if you can help in these efforts.
